Pastor Matthew Tyson currently serves as the Lead Pastor/Planter of 3:18 Church. Matt has served a variety of lead and executive roles within the non-profit space. Matt is passionate about God’s word, teaching and discipling people to better understand the hope that’s found in Jesus. His key desire is helping those still searching to find life in the exceptional grace that’s offered through Christ. He’s often encouraging others to “Anticipate His good”, and firmly believes we are all responsible for doing our part with excellence while relying on God in all things.
Prior to ministry, Matt served in various executive leadership positions within the healthcare finance sector. His résumé includes over 20 years of executive, operational and consulting leadership experience in the for-profit marketplace.
Matt and his sweetheart Sarah have been married for nearly 30 years and are parents of 3 adult daughters. He loves sports, exercise, the great outdoors, woodworking, guns and Texas BBQ.

Nicholas Parham currently serves as the Kids Pastor of 3:18 Church, where they are making the love of Jesus known to the helpless, hurting, and hopeless within the inner city of downtown Shreveport, Louisiana.

Nick is a passionate minister that longs to serve God and make Him big. Taking the opportunities to teach others, while also learning and growing. Everything is about making the kingdom known and glorifying God. His key desire is to share the gospel with all. Allowing as many as possible the opportunity to accept God’s gracious gift. Coupled with a burden to see the church turn back to biblical discipleship to better prepare Christians to walk with Christ in an ever changing world.

Caroline is our ministry intern and serves in a variety of ways to offer support to our growing church. She recently graduated from high school and senses a strong calling to explore vocational ministry. She is passionate about creating welcoming spaces for people to grow in their faith and know God’s word. When she’s not helping our church, you can usually find drawing, painting or singing. She’s always eager to learn from our community and see how God works in the lives of our people

Abigail has served in various roles within ministry for over five years. She has found a passion for serving behind the scenes on the media team. Abigail is committed to making Jesus known in every aspect whether that is through unseen acts or meaningful connections and seeks every opportunity to serve, knowing that even the smallest moments can have an eternal impact.
